The event will be financed on a “Pay-What-Feels-Right” basis, combined with a non-refundable registration fee.

This means that we will provide you with full transparency on our expenses and calculate an Average Recommended Contribution (ARC) for you – both ahead of and during the event. It will serve as a guidance for what it would take per participant in order to cover all the costs.

We, the members of the organizing committee, are all working for free in our spare time and are not striving to generate any profit. However, we would of course also be very happy to avoid a loss which we would have to bear privately. Thus, if someone will pay a little less than the ARC, it will require someone else to pay a little more to achieve break-even.

We are actively seeking to lower the cost to be borne by participants through sponsoring, donations and responsible spending, i.e. a healthy cost consciousness. Having said that, an event of such a size simply requires some basic logistics and amenities.

The more sponsoring we will manage to secure, the lower the ARC will be. We will regularly update this information on this web page. We thus expect it to go down over time.

The current Average Recommended Contribution (ARC) is: CHF 390 / participant

Upon registration a registration fee of CHF 25 applies which is non-refundable in case you will need to cancel at a later stage.

Please note: travel, accommodation, dinner on Friday and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages during the event will not be covered by the ARC.

The number of participants is capped at 190. Beyond that we will work with a waiting list. So do not think about it for too long, there may not be any places left!
